The principle of seed time and harvest was established by God when He created the earth. It is introduced in Genesis 1:29, The principle of sowing and reaping works in every realm of life. Like a farmer who plants seed, we should expect to receive a harvest when we give money into God’s kingdom. If our Bible examples gave to God, expecting a harvest, should we expect anything less? The sooner Believers learn the vital principle that we cannot out give God, the richer and better our lives will be.
